Refund policy

As every item is custom‑made to order, returns are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing fault. Please contact us via email with clear photos within 7 days of delivery before attempting a return.

Please do not return items directly to our production partner (Contrado). All returns must be arranged through Welsh & Wild so we can assist you properly.

Non‑returnable items Because our products are created specifically for you, they are exempt from the 14‑day cooling‑off period and cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or preference. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a manufacturing fault or error.
