Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at welshandwildart@gmail.com and we will assist you. Please note that carriers require a set period before a parcel can be declared lost.
